Do you and your landlord agree to seal the court file?

Yes

Did your landlord file an eviction case against you because they thought you violated the lease somehow? This is usually because of non-payment of rent, or violating the terms of your lease. If so, then you should answer “Yes.” However, you should answer 'No' if your landlord gave you a 30, 60 or 120 Day notice that they would not renew your month-to-month or yearly lease before they filed an eviction against you.
